Uquid is not instant deposit.
Made a deposit with bitcoin. It's confirmed on the blockchain.
Made a deposit with ether. It's confirmed on the blockchain with more than 12 confirmation.
Transaction on Uquid says "Pending" means my ballance is 0.

bitcoin need 6 confirmations for completed only
if it take 12 confirmations and you do not see balance that mean you did not pay correct amount requested
"IN ORDER TO MAKE CORRECT AMOUNT WE REQUESTED YOU HAVE TO ADDED WITHDRAW FEES FROM YOUR EXCHANGE WALLET"
For example : amount requested : 0.1 btc and using polo..then you have to withdraw 0.101 btc from poloniex which included 0.001 btc fees from them.
