I agree 100%. If someone commits a heinous crime such as rape or murder, then he must receive the adequate punishment for that. A lot of countries have abolished the death penalty, under pressure from the Catholic church. This is insane. These bishops and deacons stay inside their posh residences, driving around BMWs and Bugattis. They will never understand the pain of some individual who lost his loved one to crime.
