Probably the SONM project needs to assign all the community managers (from forum and slack) to help solve bonus tickets/requests? Just like Polo did it.
I see that there's still more questions than answers and a lot of unhappy investors with unresolved bonus issues. It the situation will not improve, the price will continue to drop. Developing super-duper computer is much more difficult than fixing bonuses for investors!

We are not email support staff. We can't be assigned to help resolve the tickets/requests. We were hired to preform a set of specific tasks. Relay information here, pass along the concerns of the investors to the dev team, answer questions here, if unable to answer ask the dev team for the answer.
The answers we give are the what we were instructed to give when asked specific questions. The quote "Don't shot the messenger" comes to mind.

Wow. right now you are very active in the thread to answer the people question because many investors are expecting a fast response from the team. It's better people should divert their question to the concerned departments because support person doesn't have complete knowledge about those tickets issues.
