Which coins are we talking about? If you mean ICO coins on the ICO tab, there's a simple explanation of their withdrawals unavailability. They just don't exist yet. You are purchasing IOU - obligations for future issued tokens. As soon as tokens are officially released, IOUs transform into them, and withdrawals are becoming available. Check out our article:
