Just wanted to say Pool had a process from another coin making payments processor crash.
I just found the problem and it is fixed now
Pool is adjusting % rewards now (reducing % on every payment attempt to cover fees and so) to launch pending payments script for all pending payments.
So all payments will be done in the next hour or less.

I'm still getting info from some people that some of their coins are still missing or doesn't come. How much is the current fee for your mining pool?
Mining fee is 1.5%
as far as I can see, all payments are processing correctly.
Sometimes there is some "missing" coins from orphaned blocks or transaction fees, and pool says "not enough funds to pay pending payments, decreasing amounts by 1%" an retrying.
So it is possible that your "pending" amount from redis database is not the same as your real "pending" amount, but that is normal.
