Your cards should do more than 3.1...

With this miner the speed increased, but all share the are invalid.
Maybe there are some specific settings? Can show what your bat file looks like?

Today some increased profit... Speed from 10 to 29MH/s on the pool
Not stable... Miner show 20.8MH/s.

You can check speed also on suprnova. ?
Seems i had similar problem - 2.3Mh/s on ETC.
After install CREATORS update build 15063 speed increased to ~33Mh/s
