Just because someone's first language isn't English you call scam??

The project is a fork from ark, the first to successfully launch a testnet from ark fork. If you look at all DPOS coins they all originated from bitshare/crypti, then lisk, shift and ark. The point of DPOS is it's open source. So people share ideas.

If you look at the delegate list on testnet you will notice a number of ark team members supporting kapu by setting up testnet nodes.

It's well supported and imo has a great idea.
