The last 100 blocks are nearly 15X greater then the target of 90 seconds. I understand a new algorithm is being worked on but are there any updates as to why this has been increasing far beyond the target for a week now???

Well I do support the project so much that I appreciate all the input of my fellow DBIX community members. Love you bro! I've helped the dev's when asked and have asked how I could help more. The only thing I want is an explanation of why isn't the tech working the way it was developed to.
Be patient, you will get it...putting pressure on them like this to hurry them up is not helping,,,,it will work when it works and you will get what you deserve!
