Everything is set for me except that I have trouble running Smartchain Software. What should I do?

Please give more information if you need specific help that isn't given in that tutorial (e.g. are you on Windows? Has the blockchain started synching? etc.)

Radium wallet worked fine and synced. But Smartchain software won't run.
