I don't think the price is at low because I have seen that the price was dumped to 1500$ and even much down but after the some official announcement and some good news made the rise in the price of the Bitcoin .
And current price is about 2500$+ , So I don't think that we need to wait for the increase in the price to became stable , and in my opinion the price will increase more and more hit wait until the complete of the fork because fork can be results into increase as well as down In the price but will not effect the whole market more than 5% .
