YOu are Hero rank for that matter, it is 30 posts for the whole campaign not weekly, 30 posts per week will resulted in people spamming the forums and will affect the image of the project
30 posts per week would be too much but that doeen't mean spamming for everyone. Some users spam for 10 posts but some doesn't spam for 50-100 posts per week.
Most discussions are in telegram group and in slack, so maybe this is the reason that there is no much action here, but Propy's team does regular updates in the this thread as well.

What the resuls of PROPY's pre-sale? Does anyone know?
I think the results will be posted shortly after reach of max cap of pre-sale or before the start of main token sale. Be patient as usual pre-sale info is more private then public.
When the pre-sale will end, just before the ICO started? Deadline?
When they reach max cap (10 M tokens) or if they don't sell out all tokens reserved for pre-sale just before ICO start
