Is the one card that is slower have a display attached? If it does try shutting down the machine, changing the display to another GPU and test again. I bet you'll see a correlation. I did.
thx for reply, but it was teamviewer. When i log in with teamviewer 1 card is getting 100mhs less, all good now ~950mhs ;]
But i wonder why temp limit effects my hashrate? tdp70 temp 73 = 950mhs, tdp70 temp 65 = 850mhs ;/
