Sounds great! but those are very arbitrary numbers you picked, except for the rental rates

i agree but, arbitrary is too much relative word now days, to be taken as constant. I don't know the price of cream on exchanges, i don't know the rental price for tomorrow, i don't even know the price of bitcoin in a day or so. I am just bullish about every good coin around, excluding ETH and it's derivatives.
