Partially, for sure. I've had some minor discussions with him when I suggested some individuals for DT1. He does think that an empty list (or one containing people already in DT2) is a point against adding someone to DT1.

Interesting. I already get around 4-5 PMs a day from people being on DT2. I can't imagine what being on DT1 is like. :/
