You are using a new account.That mean you are a potential scammer.Also you are offering paypal which is really risky as you can chargeback anytime while the seller cannot.Also provide your localbitcoin user.I don't recommend dealing with him unless he provides a localbitcoin username established with 99+ trust.Also 2x is too good to be true.

I'm asking because you think someone can be scammed easily using the escrow on LBC?
Sorry I don't see how it's possible if terms are very clear.
1) we discuss first about the time it takes for you to cash out the pp funds (we give priority to those who can cash out the money within a few hours, but we are ok with additionnal delay if necessary). These terms are included into the ad, so there is no way to cheat or to be cheated.
2) you receive the money into your pp account; you withdraw the money safely AND
according to the terms of the trade on LBC you release the BTC.
.....there's no scam possible here.
