I have this same question, and this is being asked on almost all casinos (and ever services holding btc for their users), if their sites would be giving their users all the coins if there would be indeed a hard fork or splitting of the chains. Great the fortune jack is addressing this, even if there is no answer yet, I think we can rest assured that there would be an optimal solution for this.

Most of the thread in bitcoin discussion board I've looked into says that,
The chance of having a hard fork on August 1st is very low though it may happen at a later date.

And might be the reason why btc price went up again.
True, chance is very low, but in case it happen it is good to have some plan, right?
Just to be prepared.

I think, we no need to worry much about our funds on these trusted gambling sites. Because they know how to secure players funds in these situations and surely they will have plans for it. Soon they may come up with the plans but if you worried, then it is better to withdraw your funds to any offline wallets for next two weeks and gamble with other altcoins.
