This is a nice start, but I feel like this list could be better maintained, or have some kind of a percentage rating.

For instance, if a site was paying daily, but suddenly slowed down its payments, is it a scam? If a site isn't paying everyone, but is still paying some people verifiably, is it a scam? If a site is a ponzi, and it's paying people but will likely eventually fall prey to the collapse that ponzis tend to have happen, is it a scam from the beginning or is it a scam after it slows down it's payments?

I realize this is in the microearnings thread so maybe ponzis don't belong here, but one person not getting their payment as expected really shouldn't a scam label deserve.
