How can I buy goods on ebay with bitcoin (So that I can make refund, if something does not work or it's broken)

Wait, I'm confused,why would you buy something and then to refund it yourself if something is broken ? Isn't that upto the seller ?
You cannot directly buy stuff from bitcoins on ebay,there are third party services which allow you to export your shopping list and pay with bitcoins.Due to integrity issues of such websites and irreversible nature of bitcoins,it's not advised to use them.
