Was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes that's why I decided to let it go. But sometimes its so hard not to drink, specially if there is a occasions like birthday or wedding. But I drink moderately like 1 glass of wine or just 1-3 bottles of beer. In our culture, drinking is part of our daily lives. But my families and friends understand why I suddenly quit. But for the heck of socializing, I just drink a few and engaged them for a nice chit-chat.
