Drinking on our body is a great deal of harm, alcohol can make our nerves affected, long-term alcohol will make us impatient and anxious. So it should drink less it.
I've read a study and they mentioned a cup of wine per day was even healthy, do you think it is true? Or it may be a strategy for selling more.

To much alcohol can have many harmful effects on your body. Still, many doctors agree that something in red wine appears to help your heart. It's possible that antioxidants, such as flavonoids or a substance called resveratrol, have heart-healthy benefits.

I have quit drinking alcohol for about two years now because of health reason. Was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes that's why I decided to let it go. But sometimes its so hard not to drink, specially if there is a occasions like birthday or wedding. But I drink moderately like 1 glass of wine or just 1-3 bottles of beer. In our culture, drinking is part of our daily lives. But my families and friends understand why I suddenly quit. But for the heck of socializing, I just drink a few and engaged them for a nice chit-chat.
