Can I use just waveswallet to get stakes and exchange them to tokens at the end of campaign?
Stakes are not tokens. They are a means of tokens distribution.
For example, if a bounty pool size is 10000 tokens: you have 100 stakes; 1000 stakes have been distributed to all campaign participants. So, you own 10% of all stakes. Thus, you will receive 10% of bounty pool tokens (1000 tokens).
