Does it come with the full google account related like gmail, drive, youtube, etc. or you will retain them ?
What is your refund policy if something goes wrong and the accounts are disabled by Google ?

I agree with this, even if you come up with some refund policy for some x days. If anything bad happen within that x days they you mau prefer giving them a replacement. I guess this may drive more traffics for this reasons too.
