Not true, if it were that easy then every successful ico would be on bittrex. There is much more to it then just paying 3btc...
i'm waiting too. But we cant deny that bittrex or even poloniex is always good for a coin.
Guys listing on Bittrex is real simple thing to achieve...they literally take anyone who offers them 3 btc....see their site they actually say that
