No, he's being an asshole. If I went in the other guy's thread and said, "Don't buy from this guy, I'll give you more!" I think we'd agree, I would be an asshole. He's doing the same exact thing, except he's not even getting profit out of it, he's just doing it to ruin someone else's day.
