If you look at the past performance of some of the crowd funds,they have collected their amount during the Pre ICO days and cancelled their plans for the full ICO,so if it clicks as the team expects then expect them to close their crowd fund during the pre ICO period ,it all depends upon how well the crowd fund is going to be seen by the investors.
