Hitleap isn't a high quality traffic exchange, but it can be a good start to build up your website. Read up on CPA, there are a ton of free resources so please don't pay for an E-book. Join an affiliate network and set up your landing pages. Once you rank your website in your niche, sit back and watch the money pour in.
