From what i see is Lundstrom translating via Computer and maybe missunderstanding a lot. But i know most Swedish speak good English. German and Swedish Law are realy different. Here allready some Companys fighting through the financial-goverment and got following result:

Broker who trade speculativ and win money(or loose) just threaded like trading on Stock Exchange. Therefor you have to pay tax on all earnings like if you sell bread. Or (if this is better for you) pay a 25% Fee, but you cant reduce it with Cost of Business.

MWSt only to pay if you mining Bitcoins. If you offer a Service to exchange bitcoins to Euro or what else, you have to pay MWSt only on your Transaktionfee. Like: exchange of 10coins for a fee of 1% = 0,1btc. There you have to pay tax of 19% aka 0,016btc. And now you make a "timestamp" and write down the Current exchangeprice for that timestamp.

For example: 90Euro/bitcoin and 10 Coins for Exchange, so you get 9 Euro fee and have to pay 1,44 Euro tax. Its not that you have to pay 19% on 900 Euro Transaktionvolume.

Hope you understand now a little better, but i realy advice you to search a german "Steuerberater" as a Specialist for such things. Maybe some of our German Trader can offer you a contact to some who has experience in Bitcoinbusiness. Candoo, 2weix, yxt, Akka or others who have the same tax-problems like you.

PS: i hope my english is not to rusty for understanding, its now over 10 years i dont need it for work anymore.
