What is the specific percent of free WCX token distribution via registration process? I mean how many percent for free distribution? How many percent for ICO and all the other percentages?

ICO fund distribution details will be released, along with the whitepaper and other documents, in the coming days and weeks. At this time we can say that the ICO is capped and any unsold tokens will be burned.
