Yes , for the issue of big hacking of Ethereum it will take much time for the ethereum to get back in its ATH price before .Maybe that 5 years may we see some improvements in security of ETH and its new high price .

Strengthen its security should really be the main concern here and this should be resolved as fast as they can specially to those 3rd party developer who do make use of eth based platforms in able to avoid such hacking incident along the way because when i saw that theres a hacking incident do happen on eth ecosystem it does really somehow affects it credibility. Reaching its ath again would really takes time for sure.

If hacking continues occuring on them it might gonna kill its price since people surely doesn't want to invest on networks who have many hack incidents, Hope those hack events happened can woke up their over confident minds that they need to cover up and maximize again their network securities so that they will not be hit on another problem and also it is the obligation of their Network Co-user to make sure that they are safe and invincible for those upcoming attacks that will hit them so that they will not earn a head ache in future of their ICO existence.
