No integrity? No RNG?

Would you care to elaborate, why is there no integrity? And how do you think hands are generated and dealt if there's no RNG?

And how would you define a scam casino? I don't know many casinos (although I have come a cross a few in the early days of the internet) that are scam. There's no reason for casinos to scam people out of there money, they already have odds in their favour.

Scamming would be messing with RNG and favouring certain players over others. That would require tampering with the software,  a huge intellectual and IT endeavour - it would require the kind of IT people who work for Google. And if you think someone would go through the trouble just to steal a couple of dollars from you - you need to think again - because you are very wrong.
