Yes it raised around 8,400 ETH.  The article about it was written 2 weeks ago https://themerkle.com/neverdie-surpasses-2-million-in-pre-ico-sale   Since then it has raised an additional 4,200 ETH.  Right now the ICO/PRE-ICO total is 12,600 ETH.  You should check out the website at https://neverdie.com lots of good information there.
In the bounty page it is said that 1% is allocated for the signature campaign, So this 1% is allocated from general fees?
