Going from SP#2 to SP#3 all I did was copy BAT files into new folder. Waited about 20 minutes before taking snap shot. I closed all teamviewer sessions and I'll monitor to see if any change.
You need some fans on those rigs dude!
You can get 35Mh/s+ on 1080s if the GPUs aren't throttling due to temps 80C+
