Welcome to Bitcoin/Cryptocurrency world buddy. If you do really like to make some trades between these coins then as a begginer or complete newbie you should know first important fundamentals to consider first before tending to jump in into trading because its not really easy on making money, you should really be knowledgeable to make profitable trades.Talking on when to invest on btc and eth is when the price is on its dip or lowest because once price do goes up you can make profits on it when you decide to sell.

Thanks for the advice. I already have a little knowledge about the two currencies and still reading some about current events.

well most of the coins right now are falling and eth can go down still so better to observed more before placing your entry mate there's a lots of influence why
those coins are falling and if you really interested to earn from this pair better to keep an eye from the market and if the price go more deeper buy and hold.

Yeah that's afair idea of an investor to know how sustainable the coins in the marketplace will swing it's tail of trading. While those coins are falling from the previous promising price, thats our great opportunity to buy an asset immediately. That's what we call investments of long term goals waiting for the exact time for the price to increase it's market value in the future. Eth itself has a developing character in terms of exchanging fluctuations and trading it with bitcoins in c-cex for now is having bigger impact to btc economy to soar up higher.
