No ship, no captain for this crypto currency. It's now an economy and Satoshi Nakamoto doesn't have control on what's happening now, he just created bitcoin but with what's happening now the core devs are the ones responsible for this fork. And don't forget that bitcoin isn't being controlled by a single person but whales has the biggest contribution with it's market.
