I think you're right there were only 25 participants allowed in this campaign(and 5 by category) since they pay in BTC and not in token... 
A Senior Member just cancelled his place in the campaign, so there is still a spot, I will consider all the old and new applications for it, and choose the best, spreadsheet will be updated soon.
