If he/she is harassing you through Pm just stop respond to any of his messages and put him on your ignore list. You could try messaging the mods if it somehow continues though im not sure what kind of power they have to stop or prevent something like this.
If there some trolls build a group, they can put down every thread heavy. These people are only go fo cofrontation.
