P.S. I am using Cgminer (Guiminer alpha) and have 1.92% and 2.10% stale. What additional l flags should I implement in order to decrease the percentage?

Is it stales (prevhash-stale) or something another (unknown-work, high-hash)?

Ok, I get this in the console "" Pool 0 stale share detected, submitting as user requested""

You need to check the line that says "Rejected", this one you pasted still does not mean that the share will not be accepted. The rejected line will contain the exact reason why it has been rejected.
