Guys, your website is very slowly loading, fix it. And why you don't show the team faces? It's seems strange.
I think my internet is so slow it's true my guess is that such site feels heavy, i think they need to fix it until really everyone easy access the site

I and others have the site load very fast. No issues, however I will take into account of slower connections and minimize some of the load graphics on the front page and what not and it should help with load times.
