Pretty crappy timing really. I imagine quite a lot of people pumped their bitcoins into the exchange to try and make a profit from expected big rises and falls in Bitcoin price leading up to Aug 1st and beyond. Now they've potentially all gone up in smoke

Local police, acting on a U.S. warrant.More than the arrest itself, will they seize the servers, wallets data?
Seeing the website is still running probably they haven't yet managed to do it yet.
