Distribution has begun!

EDIT: Getting confirmations with low fees just fine, all looking good, 1/3rd sent out already!

Good news! However there's a small issue. As I'm using a small fee for each transaction ($0.10) to keep costs down, it means Penisium wont reach your wallet for 1-2 days. That's fine but the problem is counterparty/core wallet software wont let you send any more transactions if you have more than 25 unconfirmed transactions pending. What this means is I'll have to send the Penisium out in batches of 25 every 2 days, so could take a while for everyone to receive in full.
