It may very well turn out that they are preparing themselves to move away from where their servers are located -- all to avoid the scenario where the alleged arrested BTC-E admin opens his mouth. In essence, if they do it properly, they could even be fully operational again, but it might be me just wishful thinking. At the end of the day, it was a much needed bit of communication with the desperate outside world.
