I think the lower fees are nice, and will no doubt be appreciated, but I think the way you guys can 100% standout, is your "awesome customer service" as I believe you put it.
By far the biggest complaint I hear from people in the Crypto world is anytime they have a problem, with a deposit, withdrawal, etc it takes Bittrex, Poloniex, etc sometimes 2-3 weeks to get back to them. I recently had a problem with a deposit that easily could have been solved in about 2 minutes, and took almost 3 weeks to fix.
I think pushing or even guaranteeing something along the lines of, "You will have an actual rep look and address your problem with in 12 hours, guaranteed" Would go a LONGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG way in people giving this site a chance.
Just my two cents though, but already refereed a bunch of people, like the looks and will be buying some in the ICO, so hoping for the best!
I completely agree with the customer support issues that exchanges have, nothing can be more frustrating that withdrawing something and it staying in limbo for days upon days. Will WCX have a dedicated customer support team to resolve issues as they come up? Or a listed turn around time for replies to issues?
