Try my miner instead, seems you're using tpruvot's version from the first page, for that miner speed is fair for 1070. With my version you'll get something around 26 MH, haven't tested on 1070's . Link's in this post.
Hey Palgin, I tried your miner but it seems my 760 gtx is too old, is there any chance for a work around?
If I remember it right, 7xx series are CC 3.0, without CC 3.0 code tuning I won't be able to compile for that old cards. Lowest CC I can build for without messing with code is 3.5, try this one
