I think it depends on the situation. Bitcoin can only end the poverty of those who knows bitcoin,but those who dont know anything about bitcoin, they are always in poverty in thier entire life like on some places were technology have no room.
Yeah thats true only knows how to bitcoin can end poverty but those not to know how to bitcoin i think they need a job for end for there poverty. Bitcoin End wolrd poverty that not gonna happen because many people need to study about technology and how to use it. Just like in the mountain people the dont how to use like phone or any gadgets.
