That would be easy for them. Rapist who get away with their crime will soon rape another. Cut their penises and legs and arms and let them live if they can. Or the government can blind them but also provide them a rope if they want to hang themselves after it. I think this is a better punishment for such crime.

Death Penalty is also good but we have the law of man and law if God that was violated if this was implemented. First the law of man, it is said in the 1987 Philippine constitution in article 3 the bill of rights section 1 the right to life, liberty and property. Secondly, they also violated the fifth commandments of the Lord "Thou shall not kill". So if we want to solve this kind of crime we should follow what is in the first sentence.
