Well you can set a few options. One is to receive dividends at the intervals that Tenx determines and the other is to set your own amount when you want to get the dividends. By default every account would have the first option enabled and if anyone wants to change this they can do so in their account...

As for the mode of payment, I would prefer that I can set my own amount when they send it out, like for example with Google adsense where you can set a goal amount that has to be reached in order to receive payment...
That's an interesting idea. You could suggest this kind of payment for the PAY token to the TenX team via Slack.
However, by design this would give TenX the power to withhold dividend payments, in addition to that it could create stuck funds in their own wallets. Based on this perspective, I doubt they'll agree to that. But who knows, you could try.
BTW: TenX´s bloomberg article is being linked and copied a lot by financial and tech news sites all over the world. I think a lot of people will soon know that you can use TenX to pay with crypto everywhere ...
