Guys, your website is very slowly loading, fix it. And why you don't show the team faces? It's seems strange.
I think my internet is so slow it's true my guess is that such site feels heavy, i think they need to fix it until really everyone easy access the site

We have had a couple of people on slower connections tell us this. We stripped all heavy graphics and re-rendered the ones we wanted to keep. Tested site and it had under 1.7 second load times from servers all over the world. So no more issues, but let us know if we can do more.
