Used with the Chrome bitcoin app but have since also tried Electrum too and nothing has changed. And yes I got the QR code from the Ledger's bitcoin chrome app and scanned it to my iPhone with the coinbase app.

I've since tried exactly the same procedure by buying a smaller amount and it credited to my wallet straight away, so I'm really worried I've lost the coins
