It would be nice if people could give us some success stories, like how long it took total, and that they received their funds??? I'm also waiting withdrawal 5.5 days.  I'm a long time user (years) and did not have 2fa plus, it'd been  a while and my computer had broken down since the last time I used them.  I had to reset my password.  BUT I got no warning and didn't know they were having trouble or I would not have used them! 

Anyway, if people could post " I got mine after 8 days" "I got mine after 10 days"  It would give us an idea as to how long our wait will be   and may go a ways in making us feel less horrible (well, it would me)
