Coin Swap is not completed yet. Only 9065 of 10000 BMXT coins are swapped. It seems 935 coins are "lost". So who have lost coins in old chain are needed of dev's reply about it
What if people forgot about BMXT and didn't swap?

the rules are clear in the op, if some people forgot then their share shall be put to the development fund as per the dev, which i dont think is bad,
