Why would people use btc-e when nobody really knew who the owners are where are the servers or by who it is run.
Because they didn't ask for papers.

I could not open account on caoinbase (state not supported!), and I needed exchange with volume for LTC/BTC, poloniex with all the trouble made me chose BTC-e!
I am no criminial, and I know hundreds of ppl that also used BTC-e !
